"Dear Admin & Staff, my mother is currently under your care at Beechwood in Amherst, NY. I want to say how glad our family is that she is being well-cared-for. In particular, we are happy that the staff PT is/are able to begin her rehab, so that she will soon be able to be on her feet again (albeit, using a walker), and hopefully be home in time for her 95th birthday at the end of January. My sisters and I are grateful for the care and attention of your nursing staff. Although I cannot visit mom- I live in Japan- my sister sends me reports each day.
