If you’re looking to move out of your home but have a limited monthly income, then consider Ken-Ton Presbyterian Village. Our newly-renovated HUD subsidized mid-rise is unlike any other income-eligible housing in Buffalo. Rent is based on approximately 30% of your monthly income.
Ken-Ton Presbyterian Village provides unique services and living arrangements such as:
- Independent living for adults 18 and older with a qualified mobility impairment.
- Independent living for adults 18 and older receiving support from a licensed or certified agency in Erie County.
- Independent living for adults 55 and older desiring supportive services from our Enriched Housing Program.
Ken-Ton Presbyterian Village has two full-time on-site Service Coordinators available to all residents. They are responsible for connecting tenants to supportive services or medical services provided by public or private agencies within the community. Our Service Coordinators strive to earn the trust of the resident, network with their families and provide the best scenario for the resident while living here.

Enriched Housing
This is more than just an affordable home. You’ll enjoy an apartment consisting of a living room, bedroom, handicapped accessible kitchen, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower along with:
- • Housekeeping every week
- • Laundry services every week
- • Shower assistance by our personal care aides
- • One hot meal enjoyed in our dining room daily
- • Daily breakfast and supper delivered to you
- • Medication administration is not provided. EHP residents must be independent in medication management.

- • Based on availability of open apartments
Qualified Mobility Impairment
While most of our residents are 62 and older, these unique apartments are open to anyone at least 18 years of age with a qualifying mobility impairment, such as a disability that requires the use of a wheelchair.

Services Enriched Apartments
These dedicated apartments are open to anyone 18 years of age and older who receives at least one support service from a licensed or certified agency in Erie County. You enjoy all the amenities, convenience and experiences of Ken-Ton Presbyterian Village with the added support of your preferred support provider.
